The Fun Girls Club runs on community generosity. Every sponsor who supports us makes our events possible, and every event makes Operation Christmas Magic one step closer to reality. We are incredibly grateful to every business and individual who believes in what we are building and wants to offer their support.

Our Founding Sponsors

We are currently building our founding sponsor network ahead of our first events planned for September 2026. If you would like your business to be among the first to support The Fun Girls Club, we would love to hear from you.

What We're Looking For

Every event we run needs a small team of brilliant supporters behind it. Here's what makes the biggest difference in exchange for prominent sponsor credits:

A Venue
A space in Burnley that can comfortably host 30-40 people, whether a pub function room, community hall, library space, or café. Anywhere that we can work our magic on is fine by us.

Food and Drink
Light refreshments for attendees, including snacks, soft drinks, or themed food to match the event. Donations from local bakeries, cafés, delis, or food suppliers are incredibly welcome.

Printing
Printing for posters, flyers, and other event materials. Local print shops donating a print run in exchange for credits on all materials and social media.

Decorations and Supplies
Themed decorations, craft supplies for Craft Club events, and general event dressing. Local homeware, craft, or gift shops would be perfect partners for this.

A Projector and Screen
Or access to a large screen TV. Donated or loaned for the evening in exchange for social media credits.

Themed Food
Popcorn, themed snacks, and drinks matching the film or show being screened.

Sound Equipment
A portable speaker or sound system for the venue (if not already available there) loaned for the evening in exchange for social media credits.

A Themed Backdrop or Decorations
To match the evening's theme, such as disco balls, fairy lights, themed props etc.

Raffle Prizes
Donated products or experiences for fundraising raffles at events, anything from gift baskets to vouchers and experiences.

Gift Wrapping Supplies
Paper, ribbons, tags, and bags for our annual shopping and wrapping day in December.

Shopping Day Refreshments
Keeping our volunteer team fuelled on the big day. Sandwiches, snacks, and drinks donated by a local café or deli would mean the world.

Website Hosting & Running costs
Annual contribution toward our website and general running costs, a tangible and affordable way to keep The Fun Girls Club online, visible and generally going all year.

Photography
A local photographer donating their time at one or more events in exchange for credits and portfolio content.

No contribution is too small. If you feel you can offer something not listed here, we still want to hear from you.
